Handmade Gaiwan
A Gaiwan is the most classic and important teaware of Chinese Gong Fu Cha culture. A classic Gaiwan is known as "San Cai" and has three parts which represents three elements of life - the lid is heaven, the saucer is earth, and the cup/bowl in the middle represents humanity. All together it presents the harmony between heaven, human and earth. All of our Gaiwans are from Jing De Zhen in China, which is the cradle of handmade and hand painted ceramics and pottery.
