Full Description
This is a Shou Mei harvested at the end of September/the beginning of October. In Chinese tea culture, there's a common saying to distinguish the characters of a spring harvest tea and an autumn harvest tea, and the saying is "Chun Shui Qiu Xiang" 春水秋香, which means "sweet water of spring, sweet aroma of autumn", meaning that spring harvest is known for having a sweet taste tea, whereas autumn harvest is known for having a better aroma. This autumn Shou Mei is a great daily drink because of its delicate aroma and taste, and it makes an interesting comparison to our wild bush spring Shou Mei. Be aware that this tea is NOT from wild bush, but it still has its own personality to offer!
