In China, tea sommelier is a profession and even a major study at many universities in order to pursue a doctoral degree and become a tea scholar. Our tea sommelier has gone through professional training in China for up to a year, not just focusing on all six tea families including tasting, brewing methods, distinguishing forgery, but also how to perform Chinese tea ceremony, and has traveled and visited many tea plantations.

United StatesThe tea arrived fairly quickly! They all have a wonderful fragrance dry and upon steeping. I got 3 samples but also an extra bag of the white tea. I'm not sure if that was correct or not but I gladly welcome it. The chocolatey black tea is my favorite so far! Smooth, sweet, and caramely. I highly recommend getting teas from here because they truly care about quality.

United StatesI loved my sampler. It was good because they ask for general categories of teas that one likes, so I didn't get something I would hate (I am one of those oddballs that dislikes Earl Grey). It was great to try 3 teas. One of them, the Honey Orchid Aroma Dancong is ambrosia!
