Full Description
In the middle area of Taiwan island, a high altitude mountain called Li Shan, produces many delicious high mountain tea. Li Shan's varietal Qing Xin grows at elevation 1900 to 2100m/ 6889ft and Li Shan is one of the most traditionally prestigious teas from this area. The high altitude area in the mountain is constantly surrounded by mist and fog with big difference of temperature between day and night and has an average short daylight all year round. Thanks to its environment, the tea in this area has rich pectin, vitamin and amino acid, which make teas mellow, smooth and sweet. The dry leaves are radiant emerald green whereas the liquor is honey like with light green.

Ceramic Teapot:
- Add 8oz water and infuse for 3 min.
- Repeat for another 3+ infusions and increase the steeping time by 30 seconds with each additional infusion
Gai Wan (Recommended for best infusions):
- Add water and infuse for 5 seconds for 2 infusions
- Repeat for another 4+ infusions and increase the steeping time by 5 seconds with each additional infusion
