Full Description
Painstakingly produced by a tea scholar who owns a small organic tea farm in Canton province, this hand picked tea is a special patent artisanal black tea. Intriguingly, it is actually produced by cultivating Jin Xuan Oolong tea trees from Taiwan, and it is produced only when visits from the Green Tea Leafhopper are ensured, however it is made with a production method for black tea.
It is made of young spring leaves mixed with buds. Similar to a Golden Yunnan black tea, with malty smooth mouth feel, it presents a much richer aromatic sweetness that mimics sweet potato and honey, mixed with mild dry fruit fragrance.
