Full Description
Jin Xuan is cultivated at elevation about 1100 to 1500m/4921ft in A Li Shan mountain, which is located near the Tropic of Cancer, and it’s surrounded by mist and fog all year around. The cold humid environment is beneficial for tea leaves to grow into a tender radiant green color as well as a fresh floral aroma. This Jin Xuan oolong is beautifully blended with osmanthus flowers. Omsthuas flower is native to many asian countries such as China, Japan, etc., and they have a distinctive sweet fragrance. It’s often used for tea blending and culinary.

We strongly encourage experimenting with different quantities, steeping times and tea wares to find your most desired result. However, avoid over heated water, as it will over-extract the bitter compounds and astringency of the tea, whereas water that’s too cool might not fully extract the aroma and flavor.
