ATTENTION: Our Shipping Policy Has Changed Quite A Bit!

US Domestic Shipping: For our teas and teaware from Sale, we will ship in 2 to 3 business days. We do not ship on Sunday. This is US domestic order only! 

FREE SHIPPING on all US domestic shipping for orders over $35. 

We DO NOT offer international shipping from the US. 

Shipping From China:  Most of our teas and teaware are shipped directly from China internationally. Only items from China can be shipped worldwide! We usually ship in 2-3 business days, except for limited seasonal sample boxes, which sometimes couple take up to 4-5 days to process.

Holiday season: from Nov 22nd to Nov 27th, 2022, we have adjusted our shipping fee to $12, after which time we will resume the normal international flat shipping fee of $15.

Due to 2022’s global inflation, international flat shipping fee from China is now $15 worldwide for most countries. There are other certain zones that would cost anywhere between $15-$35. Because of Covid19, it generally takes about 3 weeks to 1.5 months for a package to arrive, depending on the specific destination.

For mixed order: If you place a mixed order from Sale and teas/teaware from China, the US part is eligible for free domestic shipping. However, you will be charged $15 international shipping fee for items from China. 

Return Policy

If we made a mistake with your order, please let us know and we will correct it for you. We are humans afterall :)

We don't accept our teas back, but if you are simply unhappy with your teas, please reach us through email at info@serenetea-cha.com, and we will do our best to make it right for you. 

We have a 14 day return policy for teaware if they are damaged upon delivery, in which case please reach out to us as soon as you receive your order.
