As you pour water and tea liquor over it, the Yi Xing clay will be saturated and its color will be deepened and become more radiant with time. It's also recommended to brush the tea pet from time to time after pouring liquor over it. It should be only rinsed with water and avoid use of soap or any dishwashing liquid.
