Full Description
Bai Rui Xiang is one of the most well known Wu Yi Yan Cha cultivars and it's like a pretty princess of Yan Cha. It's usually roasted at a medium fire level. The dry leaf itself has a bold sweet fragrance and the golden liqueur is mellow, smooth with an outstanding flavor profile.
Wu Yi Shan is located in northern Fu Jian province in China and it’s the cradle for the worldwide prestigious Wu Yi Rock Teas. The traditionally processed Wu Yi rock teas tend to be more roasted, and they are famous for their roasting, peanut/nutty, spiced and sometimes floral or mineral taste. Rock tea enthusiasts also talk often about or seek “Yan Yun” 岩韵 in a tea, which means the “Rhythm of Rock”, and it’s an abstract sensation of tea drinkers sensing the energy from the rock from a Wu Yi rock tea.
