It starts with a roasted grain smell and nutty taste with hints of apple peel. In later steeps a floral taste comes in, with a bit of spice. It's a solid oolong that isn't light like a Tie Guan Yin or Jin Xuan, but not dark or roasty in flavor like others. It is lightly sweet throughout. I got a rinse and at least 6 steeps out of this tea, starting at 10 seconds and increasing.
