It has a natural sweet sugar cane like aroma blended with a creamy and nutty mouth feel. Its viscosity also feels thicker on the palate while still being very smooth.
Ice Tea Instruction
Every 1 gram of tea for 50ml of water, and allow steeping 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator.

From the middle mountainous area of Taiwan island, Dong Ding is one of the most well known traditional teas from this area. Its way of tossing leaves derived from one of the traditional ways of producing oolong teas combined with skillful medium heavy level of roasting by farmers instead of machine, resulting the tea possesses layers of flavors with rich fruity aroma that’s sugar cane like.

Ceramic Teapot:
- Add 8oz water and infuse for 3 min.
- Repeat for another 3+ infusions and increase the steeping time by 30 seconds with each additional infusion
Gai Wan (Recommended for best infusions):
- Add water and infuse for 8 seconds for 2 infusions
- Repeat for another 4+ infusions and increase the steeping time by 5 seconds with each additional infusion
