You know we take great pride in our Dan Cong teas, and that's because we have been working with farmer Liu since 2018! His farm is located at around 600 meters, which is considered high altitude for Phoenix Mountain. After revisiting his farm and participated in some of the production process this year, we decided to offer this limited Dan Cong sample box that’s dedicated to him and teas from his farm. It includes three of his Spring teas from this year and one of his aged Dan Cong tea with very limited amount.
In addition, we are making a special offer for adding a Chao Zhou style Gaiwan (what local people would use for Dan Cong tea) customized with your name on it in Chinese characters! For example, if your name is Mary, the Chinese characters will be "玛丽".

2016 Aged Dan Cong Zhu Ye (King of Orchid Aroma) 14g
Zhu Ye or Bamboo Leaf is named after its big long raw leaf that resembles the shape of a bamboo leaf, but it actually belongs to the Orchid Aroma group. It's considered the "King of Orchid Aroma" but with a special hint of bamboo fragrance. This is an aged tea from 2016, which possesses the smooth mellowness only aged teas have. Tasting note: Orchid, bamboo, agarwood, sweet, cookie, mellow
